10 ZINE centres itself around the 10 London based creatives we believe are going to contribute to reshaping London’s creative scene over the next decade by reinstating authenticity as a key component to creative practice. To mark Sick Love’s 1-year anniversary, we wanted to create a print issue that embodied our ethos, aiming to champion young creatives whilst reflecting on the issues that affect many in the community. Through the physicality of print, we hope to immortalise those who are truly on the path to reshape and radicalise their industries and learn about their inspirations and ambitions for active change in the 2020’s.

Photographed by Aria Shahrokhshahi, the zine features:
Ellie Pennick (founder of Guts Gallery)
Lucia Blayke (founder of Trans+ Pride and Harpies)
Bee Illustrates
Rukiat
Foundation FM
Seren Metcalfe (founder of the Working Class Creatives Database)
Teaday Blogs (founder of Re-Educate)
Queer House Party
4 BROWN GIRLS WHO WRITE
Prishita Maheshwari-Aplin (Politics Editor at BRICKS Magazine and trustee of Voices4 London)
Artworks by George William Vicary and Beth Nicol.

Having carefully selected creatives across a broad spectrum of industries, 10 ZINE aims to showcase the elasticity of London’s creative industries and spotlight prominent voices in the pockets of active change materialising across the city. Our own frustrations with the creative scene – as it favours ‘clout’ and performativity instead of genuine action – have inspired us to reach out to the voices that will be key in reshaping the creative community in London in the hopes of inspiring others to take affirmative action in creating a fairer future for all.
